Draw outline for wings & tail.
Make head, beak & eyes.
Make tail & body.
Draw outline for shape as shown.
Enhance left wing from side and from bottom.
Enhance right wing from upper side as shown.
Enhance right wing by making curve lines.
Make outline for neck & enhance eye.
Draw legs & enhance tail.
Enhance right wing by making several vertical lines.
Enhance left wing by making several vertical lines.
Finally, make necessary improvements to finish.
