Begin with drawing a medium and a small circle, with outline for ears around the small circle.
Now, enhance the ears and make the outline for eyes and nose, along with the mouth.
Now join them both and make a base for the body.
Now make the outline for the legs and the feet.
Make the feet and join them to the legs.
Now make the long and fat tail.
Now enhance the complete body by adding the required elements.
Complete the drawing by adding the other final and finishing touch.
