Start the work by drawing three ovals, two curve lines & shape for the upper body.
Draw outline for arms, hands, legs & feet. Also draw a circle as shown.
Make neck, face & eyes.
Draw outline for shoulders, eyes & lips.
Make hands, fingers & arms.
Draw upper body dressing.
Enhance upper body dressing and cone shapes over the shoulders.
Make short and legs shapes as shown.
Make shoes & lines over the legs as shown.
Draw small cone like shapes over the shoes and knees as shown.
Make hairs.
Finally, make necessary improvements to finish.
