Make hands, fingers & arms.
Draw upper body dressing.
Make lower body dressing & legs.
Make shoes & enhance lower body dressing.
Draw eyes & lips.
Make hairs.
Draw lines over the waist as shown & flower like shape over the chest as shown.
Finally, make necessary improvements to finish.
