Start the tutorial work by drawing rectangle.
Draw outline for arms, hands, legs & feet.
Make triangle & ear.
Make shape as shown & mouth.
Make eyes & eye brows.
Make line as shown & ear.
Make arms & shape for the upper body.
Make edges of the coat as shown.
Draw tie as shown.
Make legs.
Make start shape as shown. Also draw resistance symbol over the head alongwith small dots over the face.
Finally, make necessary improvements to finish.
