Start by drawing two circles.
Draw several horizontal & vertical lines.
Sketch outline of the shoe from back side.
Draw outline of skates from front side.
Make outline of shoe from bottom.
Draw rectangle like shape.
Draw two half ovals as shown.
Draw a curve line.
Make laces portion.
Draw small holed all over the ice skate.
Sketch laces.
Make necessary improvements to finish.
