Draw outline for arms, hands, legs & feet.
Make outline for wings.
Make eyes & lower face.
Make hairs.
Make body & arms.
Make legs & hip.
Draw hands, fingers & nails.
Make eyes & lips.
Make shoes & lines as shown.
Draw rope.
Make belt & dot shape over the shoulders as shown.
Enhance left side wing & hairs.
Enhance right side wing.
Draw curve lines over the wings as shown.
Finally, make necessary improvements to finish.
