Draw the two rectangles and four circles for the legs and the feet
Join them all and create a base for the body
Now join the legs to the feet
Draw the other elements like eyes, nose, spots and the feet with fingers
Make the additional and required spots on the body
Complete the drawing by adding the required finishing touch
