Begin with drawing a rectangle, a medium circle and an small one.
Join the circles and make the base for part of its body.
Now join the lower circle and the rectangle and elongate the body.
Make the fins and rear end
Now add the eyes, mouth and nose and other details.
Complete the drawing with final touch and other necessary details.
