Draw outline for neck, legs, feet & tail.
Make outline for head, beak & eye.
Make outline for body.
Make tail and wing.
Draw legs & feet.
Make a retina & furs over the neck.
Draw fur over the wing and tail.
Make nails & fur over the chest and back as shown.
Finally, make necessary improvements to finish.
