Draw outline for arms, hands, legs & feet.
Make outline for hairs, ear, neck & lower face.
Make sleeves.
Draw shirt collar & middle portion of the frock as shown.
Draw bottom part of the frock as shown.
Make tie, collar edges, hands, fingers & arms.
Make legs and feet.
Enhance hairs by making them longer.
Make retinas, nose and lips.
Draw shoes and socks.
Finally, make necessary improvements to finish.
