Draw a rectangle shape outline for the cap. Also draw outline for the arms, hands, legs and feet.
Draw outline for the eyes and eye brows.
Draw outline for the nose.
Draw the outline for the face.
Draw the cap over the big head.
Draw outline for the upper body clothing.
Draw the arms.
Draw the legs.
Draw the hands and fingers.
Draw the shoes and enhance the upper body clothing.
Draw the moustache and retinas.
Make necessary improvement to complete the drawing.
