Draw outline for arms, hands, legs & feet.
Make outline for eyes, nose, lips & lower face.
Make hairs.
Draw hands, fingers & arms.
Draw frock.
Make shoes.
Make edges of the frock and tiny ovals at the bottom edge of the frock as shown.
Finally, make necessary improvements to finish.
