Make outline for arms, hands, legs & feet.
Draw outline for ears & lower face.
Make eyes.
Make nose & lips.
Make hairs.
Enhance hairs & draw beard.
Draw sleeves, hands & fingers.
Make long coat & buttons of the anagan.
Make pant & shoes.
Draw buttons & lines over the long coat as shown.
Finally, make necessary improvements to finish.
