Make belt hanging from shoulder to the waist.
Make coat.
Draw sword, hands, fingers shape as shown.
Make legs & shoes.
Draw buttons & enhance belt shape as shown.
Make numerous buttons at the bottom of the coat as shown.
Finally, make necessary improvements to finish.
