Make outline for hands & feet.
Make eyes, eye brows & nose.
Make outline for face, head, ear & neck.
Make shirt.
Make pant & belt.
Draw hands, fingers & arms.
Make legs & shoes.
Draw cap, ribbin & hairs as shown.
Make retinas, beard & ear rings.
Draw buttons & fur over the cap as shown. Also enhance shoes and shirt portion at various portions.
Finally, make necessary improvements to finish.
